I’m Doug...
I am a wedding, event and bespoke commercial photographer here in the beautiful Christchurch. 

I originate from South Africa, where I grew up, making my home here in New Zealand now for 20 years where I met my wife (& business pal), travelled with and grown our family, adding four beautiful kids to the mix. 


They love my yellow 1980 mini just as much as I do! Always calling dibs as to who gets to ride in it. You’ll catch me on the tennis court any chance I get, working on our beautiful home and adventuring with my family.



I’ve always had an artistic flare and have honed my craft in photography,
having 12 years experience in the wedding field, gaining numerous awards, including NZIPP Creative Wedding Photographer of the Year in 2021.


I love people, I love capturing the many wonderful emotions of a wedding day, down to the needs of a commercial client and their craft.
